Situated on Cambridge’s Eden Street this contemporary development of apartments and penthouses required a sophisticated brand and marketing materials. The brochure cover was metallic foiled onto an ‘elephant skin’ textured card to provide an immediate feel of quality and individuality.
The project required an integrated marketing approach to sell the new properties off-plan before completion. Our creative team were involved at all stages including copywriting, web design, photography art direction and advert design.
