LEISURE
May 2004 signals the opening of Cambridge's first major leisure
development. The mixed-use development will comprise of a
120-bed hotel, a 562-space multi-storey car park, a leisure
building with a cinema, bowling alley and a health and fitness
suite, together with several restaurants and bars. Adrenaline
worked in partnership with Januarys Commercial Agency, Absolutely
Fabulous PR and Turnstone Estates to create an integrated
campaign to promote commercial opportunities available on
the park to retail and leisure firms nationwide.
'The project has proved to be a great success, with
all ten retail and leisure tenants already confirmed. Adrenaline
delivered a campaign that generated a huge amount of interest
in the development and gave us all the tools we needed to
promote it effectively to prospective firms.
